Van Valkenburgh & Wilkinson Properties, Inc. is a locally owned and operated real estate firm that specializes in fine homes and historic properties throughout North Alabama. It also handles special smaller homes and commercial properties in the downtown and central city areas. V V & W was established in Huntsville, Alabama in October of 1985 to serve the needs of Huntsville/Madison County’s unique historic and space age community.
The two principals of the firm have more than 60 years of real estate experience between them, and with the entrance of their three daughters into the firm as REALTORS®, professional service has now extended into the second generation of the family within the business. The founders have ties to the earliest business life of the community dating to the 1810’s, as well as to the space age growth of the 1960’s. They are committed to leading V V & W into continued service of the community in the 21st century.
